Since DK&L has no affiliations with any Architectural firms or Construction Managers, we can guide our clients through the design development and construction process by selecting the right Architectural and Construction firms that have the expertise in your core business. Our goal is always to bring the right team together that has the same core values as we do and that is to exceed our client’s expectations

 

DK&L is hired to save an owner Time, Money and the Frustration of managing the details of a construction project so that you can remain focused on your core business. We manage the design and construction process through, communication, cost savings/management, scope identification, budget and schedule analyses and quality assurance.

Communication

DK&L will create a collaborative environment among all entities so that the communication flows in order to avoid miscommunication throughout the project. DK&L will act as the hub for all communication while keeping our clients informed every step of the way.

Our team will develop and outline the roles and responsibilities of each discipline right from the start so that all team members understand their role and the expectations.
